Secondary abstract: In this thesis, the functions of four programmes for building energy consumption calculation are compared. They are all based on Rules on efficient use of energy in buildings (PURES 2010), the Technical guidance TSG-1-004:2010, and on standard SIST EN ISO 13790:2008. The names of the programmes are: ArchiMAID, Energija 2010, TOST, and URSA 4. We used them to calculate energy consumption in an existing building. We compared the calculations to actualconsumption and provided some comments on the discrepancies observed. As there were considerable differences between the actual and calculated results, we tried to establish their reasons with factor and parametric analysis carried out on a simplified model.

Abstract (ePrints): V svoji diplomski nalogi sem primerjal delovanje štirih programov za izračun porabe energije v stavbah, ki vsi temeljijo na Pravilniku o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbah (PURES 2010), Tehnični smernici TSG-1-004:2010 ter vodilnem standardu SIST EN ISO 13790:2008. Omenjeni programi so ArchiMAID, Energija 2010, TOST in URSA 4. Programe sem uporabil za izračun porabe energije v realni stavbi. Te izračune sem primerjal z realno porabo in komentiral odstopanja med realno porabo in računsko porabo. Glede na veliko odstopanje rezultatov programov sem poskušal ugotoviti vzroke takšnega odstopanja s faktorsko in parametrično analizo, ki sem jo izvedel na poenostavljenem modelu.
