Secondary title: Comparison of Landuse in the Municipalities of Vransko and Prebold based on municipal spatial acts
Secondary abstract: In this diploma paper, the municipal spatial planning documents of the municipalities of Vransko and Prebold are presented. These documents are related to two different spatial acts for each municipality: the spatial components of the long and medium term plan and the municipal spatial plan. The Municipality of Vransko confirmed these two plans in 2002 and 2008, while the Municipality of Prebold confirmed them in 2004 and 2010. By comparing the acts for both municipalities, the analysis of the basic and detailed landuse was made, where the changes of the landuse categories were shown. These changes appeared due to two different reasons. One of the reasons refers to the actual changes of the basic and detailed landuse, that occurred between the years 2002 and 2008 in the Municipality of Vransko and 2004 and 2010 in the Municipality of Prebold, while the second reason for the changes is using different methodologies for determining the categories of landuse. In addition, the thesis presents some indicators that show the proportions of the landuse categories per member of the municipality. The results have shown an increase of the areas of building landuse due to the reduction of agricultural landuse. The proportion of the areas of building landuse to the number of inhabitants in each municipality has greatly increased in the Municipality of Vransko and has slightly decreased in the Municipality of Prebold.

Abstract (ePrints): V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni prostorski akti občin Vransko in Prebold, ki se nanašajo na spremembe in dopolnitve prostorskih sestavin srednjeročnega in dolgoročnega plana posamezne občine iz leta 2002 in 2004, oziroma na občinski prostorski načrt iz leta 2008 in 2010. V obravnavanih prostorskih aktih občin smo se osredotočili na primerjavo površin in sprememb osnovne in podrobne namenske rabe prostora. Pri tem so nekatere spremembe posledica dejanskih sprememb osnovne in podrobne namenske rabe prostora, ki so se zgodile v letih 2002 do 2008 za Občino Vransko in v letih 2004 do 2010 za Občino Prebold, medtem ko imajo druge spremembe vzrok v različni metodologiji določevanja in prikazovanja namenske rabe prostora. Poleg tega smo v nalogi izračunali tudi delež posameznih površin glede na število in gostoto prebivalcev v občini. Rezultati so pokazali povečanje območij stavbnih zemljišč na račun zmanjšanja kmetijskih zemljišč. Delež stavbnih površin na število prebivalcev se je v Občini Vransko močno povečal, v Občini Prebold pa rahlo zmanjšal.
