The thesis presents the construction of the hydropower plant Krsko - dam building, that is environmentally and constructive complex hydrotechnical object. Despite the fact, that the hydropower plant is already the fourth in the chain of lower Sava hydropower plants its construction was special, because it's located in a narrow valley of the River Sava, which is due to lack of space, the construction was carried out separately in two excavation phases.
The thesis presents the changes in the general and construction projects, their management and control. In the first part, thesis described the main features of the project and project management, followed by a presentation of construction and analysis of the key changes that have affected the changing circumstances of work. Today, the construction of hydropower plant dam building is completed. The result of the successful completion of the project is timely identification of key activities in the project, which require proper project management and change management, which are presented in the last part of the thesis for the concrete example. |

Diplomska naloga predstavlja gradnjo hidroelektrarne Krško - jezovno zgradbo, ki je okoljsko in gradbeno zahteven hidrotehnični objekt. Kljub temu, da je hidroelektrarna tipska in zasnovana kot četrti člen v verigi spodnje savskih elektrarn je bila njena gradnja posebna, saj je umeščena v ozko dolino reke Save, kjer je zaradi pomanjkanja prostora morala gradnja potekati ločeno, v dveh gradbenih jamah. Diplomska naloga predstavlja spremembe v splošnem in gradbenem projektu, njihovo upravljanje ter obvladovanje. V začetnem delu so obravnavane glavne značilnosti projekta in projektnega vodenja, sledi predstavitev gradnje konkretnega primera in analiza ključnih sprememb, ki so vplivale na spremenjene okoliščine gradnje.
Danes je gradnja jezovne zgradbe hidroelektrarne Krško zaključena. Rezultat uspešno zaključenega projekta je pravočasno prepoznavanje ključnih aktivnosti na projektu, ki zahtevajo pravilno vodenje projekta in obvladovanje sprememb. Le te pa so predstavljene v zadnjem delu diplomskega dela, za konkretni primer gradnje hidroelektrarne Krško. |
