Secondary abstract: This graduation thesis presents a method and describes software for transforming land cadastre and building cadastre data into KML file. Acquired and used input data file types are shapefiles and MS Excel spreadsheets. Created KML file with land cadastre and building cadastre data can be displayed in a free version of Google Earth. Display of land cadastre and building cadastre is moved in 3D environment, allowing significantly better graphical presentation and user experience.

Abstract (ePrints): V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen način izdelave ter izdelana in opisana programska oprema, ki vhodne podatke zemljiškega katastra in katastra stavb zapiše v KML-datoteko. Prevzeti in uporabljeni vhodni podatki so v obliki shape datotek in MS Excel preglednic. Izdelano KML-datoteko s podatki o zemljiškem katastru in katastru stavb je moč prikazati v brezplačni različici programa Google Earth. Prikaz zemljiškega katastra in katastra stavb je prestavljen v 3D-okolje, kar omogoča boljši grafično predstavitev in uporabniško izkušnjo.
