Project of a simply supported steel road bridge with a span of 25 m |
Secondary abstract: |
The graduate thesis includes static analysis and design of simply supported steel beam road bridge. The design of profiles were made in accordance with applicable Eurocode standards with emphasis on standard SIST EN 1993, which deals with the design of steel structures. Due to high bending and shear loads classical hot-rolled sections were not suitable for design, therefore a welded thin walled girders were chosen. Such girders are usually composed of compact flanges and slender web. The result is a lightweight girder with low shear capacity, which is increased by the transverse stiffeners. In the initial part of the thesis the loads of longitudinal and transverse plated girder are defined. The steel structure is design to load self weight and the impact of traffic. The effect of wind and earthquake is not included in this thesis. The design of cross-sections, transverse stiffeners and the connection between longitudinal and transverse girder as well as the stability controls are presented in the main part. The requirements for the design of bearings and joints follow. The estimation of the slab reinforcement is also given. The final section of the thesis deals with a necessary controls in Serviceability Limit States, according to standard SIST EN 1993-2, which covers steel bridges. |

Diplomska naloga zajema statično analizo in dimenzioniranje jeklenega prostoležečega cestnega mostu. Dimenzioniranje profilov smo naredili v skladu z veljavnimi evropskimi standardi družine Evrokod, s poudarkom na standardu SIST EN 1993, ki obravnava projektiranje jeklenih konstrukcij. Zaradi velikih upogibnih in strižnih obremenitev klasični vročevaljani nosilci niso bili primerni, zato smo izbrali varjene polnostenske nosilce. Značilnost takih nosilcev je, da so običajno sestavljeni iz kompaktnih pasnic in vitke stojine. Posledica tega je lahek nosilec, a zato z nizko nosilnostjo v strigu, ki se jo poveča s prečnimi ojačitvami.
V začetnem delu diplome smo definirali obtežbe vzdolžnega in prečnega nosilca. Jeklena konstrukcija je dimenzionirana na obremenitve lastne teže, stalne teže in vpliva prometa. Vpliv vetra in potresa v diplomi ni zajet. V osrednjem delu je narejena kontrola nosilnosti prerezov, prečnih ojačitev in spoja med vzdolžnim in prečnim nosilcem ter kontrola stabilnosti elementov. Predzadnji del podaja obremenitve in pomike za dimenzioniranje ležišč in dilatacije ter okvirno potrebno armaturo AB plošče. Za konec je narejena še kontrola konstrukcije v MSU v skladu s standardom SIST EN 1993-2, ki obravnava jeklene mostove. |
