Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava izbiro optimalne trase med avtocesto A1 odsek Postojna – Razdrto in Pivko z navezavo na predvideno prometno povezavo Divača – Jelšane. Prostor, v katerega so trase postavljene, je z okoljskega vidika izredno bogat. Posledično je potrebno pri umeščanju prometnice v prostor okoljskim danostim posvetiti posebno pozornost, obenem mora cesta ustrezati vsem prometnim in prometno-varnostnim kriterijem in ne nazadnje je pri izbiri optimalne trase pomembna tudi investicijska vrednost. V uvodnem sklopu diplomskega dela so predstavljene obstoječe razmere in predhodne idejne študije v okviru Jadransko – Jonske prometne osi. Le-teh je bilo veliko od 70 ih let v SFR Jugoslaviji (med drugimi tudi podjetje PNZ), v 90 ih je na Fakulteti za gradbeništvo in geodezijo (dr. Juvanc, Pogačnik) nastala varianta »Y«, ki je osnova za variante v nadaljnjih študijah, v zadnjem desetletju je podjetje PNG d.o.o. izdelalo idejno študijo (2001) in tehnično preveritev (2007), od leta 2011 študijo variant in izbiro koridorja izdeluje podjetje PNZ d.o.o. V nadaljevanju diplomske naloge je poudarek na projektiranju trase od avtoceste A1 med Postojno in Razdrtim do navezave na bodočo Jadransko – Jonsko prometno os. Analizirane so obstoječe razmere, prometne obremenitve in prostorske značilnosti. Izmed devetih tras so izbrane tri, ki so podrobneje primerjane med seboj na podlagi več kriterijev. Kot optimalna se je izkazala trasa med obstoječim priključkom Postojna in navezavo na AC Divača Jelšane pri Kalu zahodno od Pivke.

Secondary abstract: Thesis treats selection of optimal alignment between a motorway A1 section Postojna – Razdrto and Pivka with connection on foreseen traffic connection Divača – Jelšane. A space, alignments are put into, is remarkably wealthy from environmental aspect. We must dedicate special attention to environmental conditions at placing the traffic route into a place. At the same time should road satisfy all traffic and traffic-safety criteria and also investment value is important among selection of optimal alignment. Existent circumstances and preliminary outline studies are introduced in initial assembly of a dissertation in frame Adriatic – Ionic traffic axis. Of these was a lot of them in 70’s in SFR of Yugoslavia (among others also company PNZ), in 90’s has on Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering (Juvanc Ph. D., Pogačnik) emerged version »Y«, that is base for variants in further studies. Company PNG has made preliminary study within last decade (2001) and technical verification (2007). Company of PNZ is working on preliminary studies and choice of corridor since 2011. In resumption of a thesis it focuses on engineering of alignment from a motorway A1 between Postojna and Razdrto to a future Adriatic – Ionian motorway. Existig circumstances, traffic loads and environmental conditions are analyzed. Three of them are chosen from among nine alignments, which are more in detail compared among themself on more criteria. As optimal proved alignment between existing junction Postojna and connection on motorway Divača-Jelšane at Kal west from Pivka.
