Abstract

Dandanes se pri novogradnjah in rekonstrukcijah stavb predvsem poudarja zmanjševanje porabe energije. Kljub veljavnim evropskim in nacionalnim zakonodajnim zahtevam pa se prepogosto pozablja na zdravje in udobje. V svojem magistrskem delu sem analiziral udobje zaposlenih v osrednji stavbi na letališču Portorož in na podlagi opravljene analize podal predloge za sanacijo stavbe z vidika udobja in rabe energije. Poudarek je bil na toplotnem in svetlobnem udobju. Toplotno udobje sem analiziral na podlagi meritev, subjektivne in objektivne ocene toplotnega udobja ter z izračuni. Svetlobno udobje pa sem analiziral na podlagi meritve osvetljenosti in s pomočjo računalniškega programa DIALux 4.11 [23]. Z analizo sem dokazal, da je stavba ob upoštevanju trenutno veljavnih zakonskih zahtev neustrezna tako z vidika toplotnega udobja kot tudi z vidika učinkovite rabe energije. Svetlobno udobje pa je delno neustrezno. Predlagal in vrednotil sem različne ukrepe, s katerimi se izboljša udobje in energijsko bilanco stavbe. Končna varianta predlaganih ukrepov predstavlja optimizirano kombinacijo posegov, ki rezultirajo v bistvenem izboljšanju udobja in zmanjšanju energijske porabe v primerjavi z obstoječim objektom.

Secondary title: Indoor comfort and proposal for energy refurbishment of a building in Portorož
Secondary abstract: Nowadays in new constructions and renovations of buildings experts emphasize the energy issues. Despite the current European and national legislative requirements the health and the comfort aspects are often neglected. In my master thesis I have analyzed the indoor comfort of the employees in the central building of the Portorož Airport. On the basis of analysis I have given proposals for the refurbishment of the building from the perspective of user comfort and energy use. I have emphasized thermal and visual comfort. The analysis of thermal comfort was based on measurements, subjective and objective evaluation of thermal comfort and calculations. Analysis of visual comfort was carried out using the illumination measurements and computer calculations. Within my thesis I have proven that the building, regarding the current legislative requirements, is inappropriate both in the terms of thermal comfort and as well as from the perspective of energy efficiency. Visual comfort is partly insufficient. I have proposed measures for improving the comfort and energy balance of the airport building and evaluated them. Final proposal includes optimized combination of measures which result in significantly improved indoor comfort and energy efficiency compared to the existing state.
