Secondary abstract: The graduation thesis deals with the 3D-similarity transformation parameter determination in the local area of Čepovan valley. The first part includes the theoretical explanation of two coordinate systems, namely the coordinate system D48/GK and D96/TM and the transformation of coordinates from one coordinate system to another. Description of methods for GNSS point determination is given with further explaination which measurement equipment could be used. GNSS system usage for surveying is presented in detail, as well as GNSS surveying methods and GNSS impacts. The second part of the thesis is practical, covering the topics of GNSS surveying presentation, GNSS methods and further observation processing with the aim of calculating coordinates of the specific points. The target task is the determination of various 3D-transformation parameters and their mutual comparison and the determination or selection of the best local transformation parameters. The conclusion summarizes the findings obtained during the realization of the task and recommends how to deal with the specific measurment method and 3D-transformation in the selected area.

Abstract (ePrints): Diplomska naloga obravnava določitev transformacijskih parametrov 3D-podobnostne transformacije na lokalnem območju Čepovanske doline. Prvi del naloge vključuje teoretično razlago dveh koordinatnih sistemov, koordinatnih sistemov D48/GK in D96/TM, ter transformacijo koordinat med njima. Opisani so načini določitve koordinat točk v koordinatnem sistemu, vezanem na GNSS ,in za to potrebne merske opreme. Podrobneje je predstavljeno delovanje sistema GNSS, opisane so metode izmere GNSS ter vplivi na opazovanja GNSS. Drugi del naloge je praktične narave, zajema predstavitev območja izmere, potek izmere GNSS ter obdelavo opazovanj do izračuna koordinat točk. Ciljna naloga je izračun različnih transformacijskih parametrov med starim D48/GK koordinatnim sistemom in koordinatnim sistemom, vezanim na GNSS in medsebojna primerjava ter določitev oziroma izbira najboljših lokalnih transformacijskih parametrov. Zaključek povzema pridobljene ugotovitve tekom izvedbe naloge in priporoča, kako opraviti izmero in 3D-transformacijo na obravnavanem območju.
