Abstract

Diplomska naloga obsega predstavitev prostorskih aktov občine Ribnica in Ig v različnih časovnih obdobjih. Za občino Ribnica smo obravnavali prostorska akta PS SDPO Ribnica, 2003 (Odlok o spremembah in dopolnitvah prostorskih sestavin dolgoročnega plana Občine Ribnica za obdobje 1986 do 2000 in srednjeročnega plana Občine Ribnica za obdobje 1986 do 1990) in OPN Ribnica, 2012 (Občinski prostorski načrt), v primeru občine Ig pa smo obravnavali prostorska akta DPO Ig, 1998 (Odlok o spremembah dolgoročnega plana občin in mesta Ljubljane za obdobje 1986-2000 in družbenega plana Občine Ljubljana Vič-Rudnik za obdobje 1986-1990, za območje občine Ig) in PRO Ig, 2012 (Prostorski red Občine Ig). V okviru obravnavanih prostorskih aktov je predstavljena osnovna namenska raba prostora za celotno območje obeh občin ter podrobna namenska raba prostora za izbrana naselja v omenjenih občinah, ki so imela urbanistično zasnovo. Ugotovili in analizirali smo spremembe površin posameznih kategorij osnovne in podrobne namenske rabe prostora med obravnavanimi prostorskimi akti posamezne občine. Nato smo prikazali tudi delež površin posameznih kategorij območij stavbnih zemljišč na prebivalca v izbranih naseljih. V obeh občinah je pri osnovni in podrobni namenski rabi prostora vidno povečanje območij stavbnih zemljišč na račun zmanjšanja kmetijskih zemljišč. Prav tako se je v obeh občinah povečal tudi obseg stavbnih površin na število prebivalcev v posamezni občini.

Secondary abstract: This thesis presents the spatial planning acts of the Municipalities of Ribnica and Ig in different periods. The spatial planning acts PS SDPO Ribnica, 2003 (Ordinance amending the spatial components of the long-term plan of the Municipality of Ribnica for the period between 1986 and 2000 and medium-term plan of the Municipality of Ribnica for the period between 1986 and 1990) and OPN Ribnica, 2012 (Municipal spatial plan) were discussed for the Municipality of Ribnica and spatial planning acts DPO Ig, 1998 (Ordinance amending the long-term plan of the municipalities and the City of Ljubljana for the period between 1986 and 2000 and social plan of the Municipality of Ljubljana Vič-Rudnik for the period between 1986 and 1990 for the area of the Municipality of Ig) and PRO Ig, 2012 (Spatial order) for the Municipality of Ig. The basic land use for the entire area of both municipalities and the detailed land use for the selected settlements in both municipalities, which had an urban plan, were discussed in regard to above mentioned spatial planning acts. We came across and analysed changes of some categories of basic and detailed land use among the discussed spatial planning acts of each municipality. The thesis shows the proportion of surfaces of individual categories of building land per capita in selected settlements. The research revealed that in both municipalities the area of building land is considerately increasing whereas the area of agricultural land is decreasing with regard to basic and detailed land use. The proportion of areas of building per capita also increased in both municipalities.
