Views and experiences of teachers and pupils according to group teaching forms |

Group learning represents an important part of creating individual because with group work pupils not only gain education, they also get educational values, they develop important life skills, such as mutual help, communication, collaboration, collusion and respect of diversity of opinions and individuals.
I was interested in teachers' experience and views on group teaching form. To get a more comprehensive view I completed the teachers' opinions in some aspects with students' views on group learning form. In the theoretical part we get acquainted with the beginnings of group learning form, the characteristics of group work at school, advantages and disadvantages of the group work and with collaborative learning. In the empirical part I wanted to check the theoretical platform with the specific experiences of teachers. In a survey they provided their views on group learning form and some aspects were also defined by students through the interview. The research shows, that teachers still don't apply group teaching form often enough in spite of numerous advantages recognised by both, teachers and students. Majority of teaching process is still implemented by a frontal teaching form. However, teachers and students admit that group learning/teaching form is very popular among students who like working in groups. Teachers mostly form groups with a small number of students, the roles in groups are determined by students themselves. Teachers' experience showed that group teaching form was suitable for all stages of teaching process, especially for training and repeating. |

Skupinska učna oblika predstavlja pomemben del oblikovanja posameznika, saj s skupinskim delom učenci ne pridobijo le izobrazbe, ampak tudi vzgojne vrednosti, razvijajo si življenjsko pomembne veščine, kot so medsebojna pomoč, komunikacija, sodelovanje, dogovarjanje ter spoštovanje različnosti mnenj in posameznikov.
Zanimali se me pogledi in izkušnje učiteljev na skupinsko učno obliko. Za celovitejši pogled sem v nekaterih vidikih mnenja učiteljev dopolnila tudi s pogledi učencev na skupinsko delo.
V teoretičnem delu se seznanimo z začetki skupinske učne oblike, značilnostmi skupinskega dela v šoli, prednostmi in pomanjkljivostmi skupinskega dela ter s sodelovalnim učenjem. V empiričnem delu sem teoretična izhodišča želela preveriti s konkretnimi izkušnjami učiteljev, ki so s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika podali svoje poglede na skupinsko učno obliko, nekatere vidike pa so preko intervjuja opredelili tudi učenci sami. Raziskava je pokazala, da učitelji skupinsko učno obliko kljub številnim prednostim, ki jih pri takšnem delu opazijo tako učenci kot učitelji, še vedno premalo uporabljajo, saj večino učnega procesa še vedno izvajajo v frontalni učni obliki. Vseeno pa tako učitelji kot učenci priznavajo, da je skupinska učna oblika zelo priljubljena med učenci, ki v skupinah zelo radi delajo. Učitelji najpogosteje sestavijo skupine z manjšim številom učencev, vloge v skupini pa si učenci ponavadi določijo sami. Izkušnje učiteljev so pokazale, da je skupinska učna oblika primerna za vse etape učnega procesa, najbolj v etapi urjenja in ponavljanja. |
