Secondary abstract:	The first part of diploma work is theoretically oriented. Basic features of Twinkle Sleepyhead and its great successes are discussed. The literary fairy tale Twinkle Sleepyhead is presented as a fairy tale and compared with the shortened version of the fairy tale. Further, it is compared with the radio play (1952), with the puppet show at Ljubljana Puppet Theatre (2009) and with the virtual puppet show at Mini Theatre (2012). The basis of the fairy tale is the same in all forms; however, differences are reflected through extended dialogues and added performing subjects. Finally, Twinkle Sleepyhead is compared with two other tales Princess Zvezdana and The Little Prince. The second part of diploma work is didactically oriented. At selected elementary school I carried out a didactic project within drama class. During fifteen school hours pupils discussed Twinkle Sleepyhead in different media, learnt about the work in the theatre and in the end, performed a drama play on the modern Twinkle Sleepyhead for their parents.

Abstract (ePrints):	Prvi del diplomske naloge je teoretični. Predstavljene so osnovne značilnosti Zvezdice Zaspanke in uspehi, ki jih je doživela. Kratka sodobna pravljica Zvezdica Zaspanka je predstavljena kot pravljica in primerjana s skrajšano verzijo pravljice. Nadalje je primerjana z radijsko igro (1952), lutkovno predstavo Lutkovnega gledališča Ljubljana (2009) in virtualno lutkovno predstavo Mini teatra (2012). Osnova pravljice je v vseh oblikah enaka, razlike se kažejo v razširjenih dialogih in dodanih nastopajočih osebah. Nato sem primerjala Zvezdico Zaspanko s pravljicama Princeska Zvezdana in Mali princ. Drugi del diplomske naloge je didaktični. Na izbrani osnovni šoli sem izvajala didaktični projekt v sklopu ur dramskega krožka. Z učenci smo v 15 šolskih urah obravnavali Zvezdico Zaspanko v različnih medijih, spoznavali delo v gledališču in na koncu staršem zaigrali dramsko igro o sodobni Zvezdici Zaspanki.
