Abstract

Diplomaska delo je del širše raziskave poroznih materialov s ciljem določanja homgeniziranih lastnosti poroznega materiala. Navedene so splošne informacije poroznega materiala »Lotus« in predstavitev programa s pomočjo katerega se generira CAD model. Naloga obsega niz numeričnih modelov, ki so analizirani s pomočjo programskega orodja Abaqus po metodi končnih elementov. Računalniški modeli se med seboj razlikujejo po stopnji poroznosti, velikosti in razporeditvi por. V okviru vsake analize katerih je enajst je bila potrebna določitev robnih pogojev in izdelava ustrezne mreže končnih elementov. Rezultati numeričnih analiz so primerljivi z znanimi statističnimi in eksperimentalnimi rezultati.

Secondary title: Numerical analysis of porous material model
Secondary abstract: Diploma thesis is part of a wider research on porous materials whit the aim of determining the properties of homogeneous porous material. Study provides general information of porous material and represents a program through which is generated a CAD model. Contains a set of numerical models, analysed using finite element method in ABAQUS. Computer models are different in terms of level of porosity, pore size and distribution. Within each of eleven analysis was to set out the boundary conditions and making appropriate finite element mesh. Numerical results are comparable with known statistical and experimental results.
