Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava iskanje rešitev problema drsnega vodenja avtomatskih drsnih vrat. Analizirali smo trenutni sistem vodenja ter preučili prednosti in slabosti sistema. Prikazali smo konstruiranje in izgradnjo enostavnega preizkuševališča, s katerim smo izvajali vzdržljivostne teste posameznih komponent sistema drsnega vodenja. Cilj magistrskega dela je bil skonstruirati sistem drsnega vodenja na polimernem vodilu in s polimernim drsnikom. V nadaljevanju je opisan proces izbire materialov in testiranje le teh. Testirali smo materiale PE, POM, Oliamid, tehnologijo trdega anodiziranja, tehnologijo Glisscoat in Permaglide puše. Nato smo zbrali rezultate in se odločili za najprimernejšo izvedbo oz. materiale, ter podjetju svetovali kakšno konstrukcijsko rešitev naj uporabi.

Secondary title: Design of guidance for automatic sliding door on a polymer guide
Secondary abstract: This thesis deals with finding solutions to the problem of the sliding guidance of automatic sliding door. We analyzed the current guide system and examine the strengths and weaknesses of the system. We demonstrated the design and construction of a simple test rig which was carried out endurance tests of individual components of the sliding guide system. The aim of the master thesis was to construct a system of sliding guidance on the polymer guide with polymer sliders. The following describes the process of selecting the materials and the testing thereof. We tested the materials PE, POM, Oliamid, Hard Coad Anodizing technology, technology Glisscoat and Permaglide bushes. Then we collected the results and decide on the most appropriate construction and materials. Finally, we advise company which solution to use.
