Abstract

V diplomskem seminarju Generična rast Pomurskega sejma d. d. bomo najprej predstavili teoretični del rasti podjetij, nato se bomo osredotočili na generično rast, kjer proučujemo pogoje za rast, načine generične rasti ter kako naj podjetje načrtuje rast. Ker se od podjetja do podjetja strategije rasti razlikujejo in ne obstaja dejanska formula za uspeh, bomo vse te definicije kasneje povezali s teoretičnim delom, ki se navezuje na novo nastali projekt podjetja Pomurski sejem d. d., ki se imenuje POST VIVA in je bil prvič izpeljan v letu 2013. Projekt bomo predstavili od samega načrtovanja, ki traja več let, do izvedbe in analize rezultatov, ki je končni pokazatelj uspešnosti generične rasti. Na koncu bomo predstavili rezultate, vezane na postavljene hipoteze in te potrdili ali zavrgli na podlagi navedenih podatkov in analiz.

Secondary abstract: At the beginning of diploma seminar Generic growth of company Pomurski sejem d. d. we will introduce some theory about growth of companies. We will focus on generic growth and conditions for growth, ways of generic growth and how to plan growth in companies. Due to differences between growth strategies in different companies, we do not know a general key formula to success in growth, so we will link definitions from theory in literature to theory about studied company´s new project POST VIVA from year 2013. We will see the structure of project from the beginning of planning that lasts multiple years, to realization and analysis of results, which is the main indicator of successful generic growth. At the end we will introduce results and compare them to hypotheses and on the base of this comparation confirm or deny given hypotheses.
