Abstract

V zadnjem času je skrb za okolje vedno večja. Na probleme onesnaževanja nas opozarja tudi okoljska zakonodaja. Ta s predpisi s teh področij določa zdravstvene standarde in omejitve za onesnaževalce okolja. Med močne onesnaževalce okolja spada tudi šestvalentni krom. Omejevanje le-tega določa Pravilnik o omejevanju uporabe določenih nevarnih snovi v električni in elektronski opremi (Uradni list RS, št. 87/2009, 32/2010 – napisan na osnovi RoHS direktive 2002/95/ES Evropskega parlamenta in Sveta z dne 27. 1. 2003 ). Namen oz. cilj tega diplomskega dela je bila natančna določitev koncentracije Cr6+ na površini končnih izdelkov. Analizirali smo več vrst končnih izdelkov, kot so: vilični ključi, klešče, obročni ključi itd. Ti izdelki so v celoti proizvedeni in galvansko obdelani v podjetju Unior d. d. Vzorce smo pripravili po navodilih standarda EN 15205:2005. Koncentracijo Cr6+ smo določali s spektrofotometrom. Ugotovili smo, da je koncentracija Cr6+ pod mejo, ki jo določa Pravilnik o omejevanju uporabe določenih nevarnih snovi v električni in elektronski opremi.

Secondary abstract: Concern for the environment has recently been increasing. Environmental legislation also remind us on the problems of pollution. This with the provisions of these areas provides health standards and limits for pollutants. Heavy polluters of the environment also includes hexavalent chromium. Its limits are defined by the Rules on the restriction of use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. (Official Gazzete of RS, no. 87/2009, 32/2010 – writen on the basis of the RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.1.2003). The aim of this study was precise determination of concentration of the Cr6+ on the surface of finished products. We analyzed several types of end products such as fork wrenches, pliers, ring spanners … This products are entirely manufactured and galvanic treated in the company Unior d.d. Samples were prepared according to the instructions of the standard EN 15205:2005. Concentrations of Cr6+ were determined with a spectrophotometer. We have found that in all cases the concentrations of Cr6+ were below the limit which is set by the Rules on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
