Abstract

V podjetju Vipoll, d. o. o., kjer se z izdelovanjem polnilnih linij za steklenice in plastenke ukvarjajo že vrsto let, je med praktičnim usposabljanjem nastala ideja za diplomsko delo, ki obravnava zasnovo polnilne linije in pravilno izbiro servo pogona. Da izberemo dovolj močan servo pogon in ne predimenzioniran, so potrebni izračuni. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da so izračunane moči malo višje kot izmerjene vrednosti, vendar pa so le-te veliko nižje od nazivne moči elektro servo motorjev. To pomeni, da so servo pogoni predimenzionirani.

Secondary abstract:	The company Vipoll d.o.o. is making filling machines for glass and plastic bottles for many years, where during the practical training was created the idea for diploma work, which represent the design of filling machines and proper selection of servo drive. To select the servo drive which is strong enough, are needed some calculations. It was found that the calculated powers are slightly higher than the measured values, however, the measured valves are much lower than the rated power of the electrical servo motor. This means that the servo drives over dimensioned.
