Abstract

V diplomski nalogi sem se osredotočil predvsem na metodologijo ustanavljanja podjetja. Večji del diplomskega seminarja sem namenil predstavitvi trenutno obstoječe metode ustanavljanja podjetja, ki je namenjena predvsem dinamičnim podjetjem, ki se hitro in odločno pojavijo na trgu. Že v začetku namenijo večino časa raziskavam trga in ljudem kot bodočim strankam. Ta metodologija se razlikuje od ostalih v nenehnem ponavljanju in potrjevanju strank ter vračanju na začetek razvijanj ideje. Rdečo nit diplomske naloge sem razvijal po povzemanju knjige The Startup owner's manual ameriških avtorjev S. Blanka in B. Dorfa, ki zagovarjata metodo vitkega (ang. lean) ustanavljanja podjetij – tako za fizične izdelke kot za storitve ali spletne aplikacije, programe, socialna omrežja itd. V nalogi sem poskušal prikazati nekaj osnovnih pojmov in korakov pri uporabi »lean« metode. Tako sem nalogo razdelil na tri večja poglavja. Predstavil sem tudi dva primera podjetij in kako uspešno vstopiti na trg ter pridobiti začetne kupce.

Secondary title: Building start-ups using lean start-up methodology
Secondary abstract: In this thesis I have focused primarily on the methodology of setting up a new business. The major part of the thesis was dedicated to the presentation of the method currently used for business start-up, which is intended primarily for dynamic companies that are appearing on the market quickly and decisively. From start on, the company devotes most of its time to market, people/potential clients research. This method differs from others in constant repetition and confirmation of parties and then going back to start and redevelop the idea. Main thread in my thesis follows the book The Startup Owner's Manual of S. Blank and B. Dorf, which advocates the method of Lean start-ups such as the creation of a physical product or internet applications, programs and social networks. In the thesis I try to demonstrate some of the basic concepts and steps in the application of Lean methods. I divided the thesis into three major chapters. I also explained two examples of companies on how to successfully enter the market and gain initial customers.
