Abstract
Mala komunalna ČN Kavče z zmoglivostjo 350 populacijskih enot je delovala od leta 1990 s tehnologijo pritrjene biomase, in sicer z rotirajočim kontaktorjem. Zaradi preobremenjenosti in nedoseganja zakonsko predpisanih mejnih vrednosti je bila v letu 2011 izvedena sanacija te čistilne naprave. Zgrajena je bila nova, delujoča na osnovi
tehnologije šaržnega reaktorja (SBR). Zmogljivost naprave je bila povečana na 500 populacijskih enot.V diplomski nalogi je podrobno opisan postopek čiščenja na mali komunalni ČN Kavče vključno s preizkusnim obratovanjem. Cilj diplomske naloge je predstavitev pomembnosti izvajanja tehnološkega monitoringa,poznavanje tehnologij in pogojev čiščenja odpadnih vod. Posledica tega so zelo dobri rezultati prvih meritev,ki so pokazali, da je iztok iz ČN Kavče bistveno bolj čist kot določajo zakonske zahteve.

The Kavče small municipal sewage treatment plant with the capacity of 350 P.E. had been operating since 1990 with the technology of fixed biomass with a rotating contactor. Due to a saturation and failure to achieve legally prescribed limit values, the renovation of the sewage treatment plant was made in 2011. A new sewage treatment plant was built, based on the SBR technology. The capacity of the plant thus increased to 500 P.E. In this work, the process of sewage treatment at the small communal sewage treatment plant Kavče is described in detail, including the test operation. The purpose of this thesis is to present the importance of the technological monitoring, the understanding of technologies, and the conditions for cleaning waste waters. A very good outcome was obtained through the first measurements which proved the outflow from the Kavče municipal sewage treatment plant to be substantially cleaner than prescribed by the statutory requirements. |
