Abstract

V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni postopki snovanja, izdelave in testiranja male kurilne naprave na lesne pelete po veljavnem standardu. Prikazane so konstrukcijske in varnostne zahteve pri načrtovanju naprave, uporabljeni materiali in tehnologija izdelave za točno določeno kurilno napravo. Prav tako so predstavljeni teoretični izračuni za določitev potrebnih ogrevalnih površin, grelne moči ter izkoristka kotla. Z namenom testiranja naprave so bile opravljene meritve obratovalnih karakteristik, ki so zajemale določanje grelne moči, izkoristka kotla ter emisije dimnih plinov. Za preizkusno gorivo so bili uporabljeni standardizirani lesni peleti. S pomočjo dobljenih rezultatov meritev smo potrdili energetsko ustreznost ter učinkovitost male kurilne naprave.

Secondary title: Designing, production and testing of small wood pellet heating boiler
Secondary abstract: This work focuses on the procedures of designing, production and testing of small wood pellet heating boiler according to the applicable standard. There are shown construction and safety requirements, use of materials and manufacturing technologies for a specific boiler. This study also presents the theoretical calculations to determine required heating surfaces, heating power and efficiency of the boiler. For boiler testing purposes measurements were made of operational characteristics, which included the determination of the heating power, the efficiency of the boiler and flue gas emissions. Standardized wood pellet were used as a test fuels. The obtained measurement results confirmed the power and energy adequacy and efficiency of a small heating boiler.
