Abstract
Pri utrujanju materiala s časovno spreminjajočo napetostjo se inicirajo razpoke na površini materiala, te razpoke pa lahko zaznamo tudi kot spremembo hrapavosti površine.
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena analiza spremembe hrapavosti površine v odvisnosti od števila ciklov med ekscentričnem upogibanjem nerjavnega jekla, ki je namenjeno za izdelavo tlačnih posod. Pri eksperimentu smo za utrujanje uporabljali univerzalni preizkuševalni stroj INSTRON 1255, za merjenje hrapavosti pa kontaktni merilnik Tesa RUGOSURF 10G.

During fatigue of material by time-Varying tension, the cracks start to initiate on the surface of material, this cracks can be detected as a change of surface roughness.
In the thesis is introduced an analyse of changed surface roughness, depending on the number of loading cycles during eccentrical bending of stainless steel, which is intended for the manufacturing preassure containers. On experiment we used universal testing machine INSTRON 1255 for a fatigue and Tesa RUGOSURF 10G surface roughness gage. |
