Abstract

Varjeni izdelki so postali zahtevnejši kot nekoč. Zaradi tega je kontrola varjenih izdelkov postala zelo pomembna in hkrati tudi velikokrat obvezna. Osredotočil sem se na varjene cevovode v Termoelektrarni Šoštanj, blok 6. V diplomski nalogi sem obravnaval kontrolo zvarnih spojev in zagotavljanja kakovosti pri izvajanju neporušitvenih kontrol. V teoretičnem delu naloge so opisane osnove zagotavljanja kakovosti in kontrole neporušitvenih metod zvarnih spojev, in sicer vizualna, penetrantska, magnetna, ultrazvočna in radiografska kontrola. V praktičnem delu pa so prikazani primeri posameznih metod na dveh cevovodih. Pri prvem primeru sem obravnaval dober zvar, v drugem pa slab zvar. Primerjal sem dobljene rezultate med obema. S pomočjo primerov neporušitvenih metod sem prišel do ugotovitev, da je vodenje kontrole poglavitnega pomena za kakovostno izvedbo zvarov po pričakovanjih in zahtevah naročnika.

Secondary title: Non-destructive testing of welded joints
Secondary abstract: Welded products are becomming more and more challenging . Therefore, quality inspection of welded products has become very important and in most cases compulsory. The contents of this work is concentrated in welded pipelines in the Unit 6 of the thermal power station Šoštanj. In this thesis I am discussing testing of welded joints and quality assurance of non-destructive testing. The theoretical part includes quality assurance backgrounds and non-destructive methods for inspecting welded joints, such as visual, liquid penetrant, magnetic-particle, ultrasonic and radiographic testing. The practical part includes examples of individual methods on two pipelines. In the first one I dealt with a good weld, while in the second one a poor weld was treated. Then I compared the results. Based on the cases of non-destructive methods, it was confirmed that quality inspection is essential for high-performance execution of welded joints based on expectations and demands of the client.
