Abstract

Magistrsko delo v prvem delu obravnava teoretične splošne osnove simulacij CNC strojev – stružnic. V nadaljevanju so obravnavane simulacije v programskem paketu Siemens NX. Jedro magistrske naloge zavzema podroben opis izdelave simulacije stroja CNC stružnice GF – NDM 16 ter poprocesorja. V zaključku sledijo komentar, analiza in primerjava dobljenih rezultatov z rezultati, dobljenimi s sorodnim programskim paketom.

Secondary abstract: This master’s thesis gives the specific theoretical instructions of CNC turning machine simulations. It also includes a presentation of Siemens NX, which is one of the most useful software on the market. The core of this thesis contains a detailed description of manufacturing simulation of CNC turning machine GF – NDM 16 and building of postprocessor. There is also a review and analysis of results from Siemens NX and comparison with results get from Edgecam.
