diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo raziskovali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v izbrani občini. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V prvem delu smo se osredotočili na samo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, merjenje zadovoljstva zaposlenih, dejavnike zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Med najpomembnejše smo uvrstili medsebojne odnose, komunikacijo, delovno mesto, izobraževanje, napredovanje, nagrajevanje in motivacijo. Predstavili smo tudi analizo absentizma in fluktuacije za leta 2011, 2012 in 2013. V drugem delu diplomske naloge smo z organizacijsko strukturo predstavili izbrano občino, temu pa je sledila raziskava. Kot orodje smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik.

In this degree paper we researched employee satisfaction in a selected municipality. The degree paper consists of theoretical and empirical part.
In the first part we focused on the sole employee satisfaction, employee satisfaction measurement, factors of employee satisfaction. We qualified mutual relations, communication, working position, education, promotion, stimulation and motivation as the most important factors.
We also introduced analysis of absenteeism and fluctuation for years 2011, 2012 and 2013. Second part of the degree paper introduces the selected municipality with an organisational structure, followed by a research. As a tool we used a survey questionnaire. |
