Abstract

Živimo v svetu, ki ga zaznamuje izredna dinamika sprememb na trgu. Za podjetja je pomembno, da imajo dovolj znanja in izkušenj, da lahko dosežejo uspešno rast in konkurenčno prednost. Rast podjetja je nujna, sploh v dolgoročnem pogledu in še posebej na trgu električne energije, kjer dobavo električne energije že podpirajo druga podjetja. Za raziskavo bo zanimivo izbrati eno od najbolj uspešnih podjetij in ugotoviti, kaj pri njegovem poslovanju je ključnega za poslovni uspeh v doma in tudi v tujini. Gen-i, d. o. o., je eno od najbolj hitro rastočih podjetij, zato bo zanimivo raziskati, katere poslovne strategije v podjetju uporabljajo in jim omogočajo konstantno rast, širitev na nove trge in pridobivanje novih strank. Za novo nastalo podjetje na trgu je pomembna vzpostavitev dobre poslovne infrastrukture za trgovanje v nadaljnje. To omogoča visoko rast podjetja in predstavlja priložnost za razvoj prilagodljivega in konkurenčnega vodilnega položaja v prihodnosti.

Secondary abstract: We live in the word with extraordinary dynamics of change in the market. For companys it is important to have enough knowledge and experience to achieve a successful growth and competitive strenght. The growth of the company is necessarily in a long-term plans, especially in the electricity market, where the electricity supply service is already covered by other companys. For the survey it is interesting to choose one of the most successful company, and try to find out, what is their secret to make a good business even better in Slovenia and all over the word. Gen-i, d.o.o. is one of the most fastest-growing company, so it is fascinating to study which business strategies do they have and provides them constantly new costumers and achieving new markets. For a new company in the market, it is important to establish a good business infrastructure for trading in the future. That enables high growth of the company and offers the opportunity to develop flexible and competitive advantage position in the future.
