Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava vključevanje ljudskega izročila v vzgojno delo v vrtcu in zavedanje njegovega pomena. V teoretičnem delu je podrobneje opisano ljudsko izročilo v povezavi z ljudskim plesom, pesmijo, glasbili ter prazniki in praznovanji. V empiričnem delu je predstavljeno, kako se vzgojitelji zavedajo pomena negovanja slovenske kulturne dediščine in kako jo vključujejo v svoje vzgojno delo ter kateri vrtci na območju Ljubljane in Kranja, ki so bili zajeti v raziskavo, so bolj dejavni pri ohranjanju ljudskega izročila. Rezultati so pokazali, da vsi vzgojitelji v svoje vzgojno delo vključujejo ljudsko izročilo. Razlika je vidna v količini in vsebini izročila. V ljubljanskih vrtcih so vzgojitelji samo za nekaj odstotkov bolj dejavni, pri vsebini ljudskega izročila pa je največja razlika pri vključevanju ljudskega plesa in glasbil. Vzgojitelji ljubljanskih vrtcev so za 20 % bolj dejavni kot kranjski. Ugotovili smo tudi, da starost in stopnja izobrazbe v izbrani populaciji ne vpliva na vključevanje izročila v vzgojni program.

This thesis deals with the incorporation of folk tradition in education of pre-school children and the awareness of its importance. The theoretical part describes in detail folk traditions, such as folk dance, songs, musical instruments, holidays and celebrations. The empirical part includes an analysis of the educators' awareness of the importance of maintaining Slovene cultural heritage and the various ways they incorporate it in their work. It also lists those nurseries in the Ljubljana and Kranj areas that are at the forefront of cultural heritage preservation. The results have shown that all educators incorporate folk tradition in their work. The difference is in quantity and content. The educators in the Ljubljana nurseries are more active, but only by a few percentage points, whereas the folk tradition content differs the most in terms of folk dance and instruments. The educators in the Ljubljana nurseries are 20% more active than those in the Kranj area. It was determined that the age and education level of the sample population has no effect on the incorporation of folk tradition in the education programme. |
