Abstract

V magistrski nalogi je predstavljena ena od možnih metodologij za vzpostavitev sekcijskega merjenja hitrosti na avtocestah in hitrih cestah v Republiki Sloveniji. Na začetku so predstavljeni sistemi merjenja hitrosti in sekcijskega merjenja hitrosti v drugih državah, prikazana je analiza dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na prometno varnost na omrežju AC in HC RS, predstavili smo dosedanje raziskave na področju določitve nevarnega odseka, izdelali metodologijo za določitev območja sekcijskega merjenja hitrosti na omrežju AC in HC RS in na koncu preverili še ustreznost metodologije. Magistrska naloga je zasnovana tako, da spoznamo prednosti in slabosti različnih sistemov merjenja hitrosti, dosedanje metodologije za določitev nevarnih odsekov, ter da se na podlagi teh predhodno izdelanih metodologij, izdela metodologijo za določitev kriterijev s pomočjo katerih se lahko preveri posamezni odsek, za opravičenost vzpostavitve sekcijskega merjenja hitrosti na AC in HC omrežju RS.

Secondary abstract: The master thesis presents one of the possible methodologies for establishing section speed control on motorways and highways in Slovenia. At the beginning are presented speed measurements systems and speed section measurement in other countries, shown as analysis of factors which affect on the traffic safety on the network of motorways and highways in Slovenia. We present the current research in the area determining of the dangerous sections, created a methodology for area determining speed section measurement on the network of motorways and highways in Slovenia and finally verify the suitability of the methodology. The master thesis has been designed to realize the advantages and disadvantages of different speed measurement systems, current methodology for determination of dangerous sections and that is based of these previously prepared methodologies. We produce also a methodology for determining of criteria, which can be checked for each section of the entitlement of these establishment section speed measurement on the network of motorways and highways in Slovenia.
