Abstract
Agresija je oblika vedenja, ki je prisotna pri vseh živih bitjih. Ker ima beseda agresija sama po sebi zelo negativen prizvok, se je vsi ljudje poskušamo nekako izogibati. Agresija običajno nastane zaradi strahu pred neobvladovanjem negativne situacije, zaradi želje, da bi sprožili strah pri drugih in s tem postavili v ospredje lastne interese. Agresija je reakcija, katere osnovni namen je nekoga fizično ali psihično poškodovati. Diplomsko delo je teoretičnega značaja. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena obravnava agresivnega pacienta na Enoti za forenzično psihiatrijo in vloga posameznih članov strokovnega tima v obravnavi agresivnega pacienta. Najpogostejši razlogi za nastop agresije so agresivnost ali impulzivnost v preteklosti, zloraba alkohola in drog, delirantna stanja, paranoidno doživljanje, psihoza, manično stanje. V obravnavi pacienta z agresivnim vedenjem je pomembno sodelovanje stroke zdravstvene nege in pravosodja. Ustrezen pristop k agresivnemu pacientu in preventivni ukrepi lahko zmanjšajo stopnjo agresije pri pacientu.

Aggression is a form of behavior that is present in all living beings. Since the word aggression in itself a very negative connotation, it is all the people trying to somehow avoid. Aggression is usually caused by fear of lack of control over negative situations, the desire to trigger fear in others and thereby put their own interests. Aggression is a reaction which the primary purpose is someone physically or psychologically damaged. The thesis is a theoretical nature. This thesis presents an aggressive patient treated at the Unit for Forensic Psychiatry and the role of individual members of the professional team in dealing with aggressive patients. The most common reasons for the occurrence of aggression are impulsivity in the past, alcohol and drug abuse, paranoid experience, psychosis, manic state. It is important to participate nursing and justice in the treatment of patients with aggressive behavior. A reasonable approach to aggressive patient and preventive measures can reduce the level of aggression in the patient. |
