Abstract

Secondary title: Analysis of communication campaign »10 years, 10 DPD surprises«
Secondary abstract: Companies today are faced with the global economic crisis and severe competition, forcing them to search continually for new ways to beat the competition and gain better visibility with consumers. The company DPD – the focus of this master’s thesis – is well aware of this. This master’s thesis deals with the campaign entitled “10 years, 10 DPD surprises!”, which the company organised to mark its 10th anniversary. The theoretical section includes detailed definitions of specific terms essential for understanding the empirical section, while the empirical section focuses on the abovementioned case study. In the final section and the conclusion, we describe our findings and confirm the hypotheses proposed in the introductory pages.
