Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava spolnost mladostnikov z lažjo motnjo v duševnem razvoju. V teoretičnem delu je opisana spolnost mladih ter mladostniki z lažjo motnjo v duševnem razvoju, in teme, ki se navezujejo na njihovo spolnost, kot so spolno vedenje, informiranje o spolnosti, socialna pripadnost, spolne motnje, vključenost v izobraževanje. V empiričnem delu je opisana raziskava in rezultati raziskave. Raziskava je bila izvedena s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, ki so ga reševali učenci osmega in devetega razreda prilagojenega izobraževalnega programa z nižjim izobrazbenim standardom na štirih gorenjskih šolah s prilagojenim programom. V vprašalniku so bila vprašanja razdeljena na tri sklope: informiranost o spolnosti, osebni pogled na spolnost in spolne izkušnje. Na vsak sklop vprašanj se je navezovalo eno raziskovalno vprašanje, za katerega je napisan ugotovljen odgovor. Z raziskavo je bilo ugotovljeno, da imajo učenci z lažjo motnjo v duševnem razvoju veliko pravilnih informacij o oblikah kontracepcije in o spolnih zlorabah, ne vedo pa dovolj o človeški anatomiji (o poznavanju lastnega telesa) in o spolno prenosljivih boleznih. Spolnost ima za mladostnike z lažjo motnjo v duševnem razvoju v podobni meri tako socialni (vpliv družbe) kot individualni (lastna prepričanja in želje) pomen. Glede na rezultate so učenci z lažjo motnjo v duševnem razvoju manj spolno aktivni kot njihovi vrstniki povprečne inteligence.

Secondary title: Sexuality of adolescents with mild intellectual disability
Secondary abstract: The dissertation is about sexuality of adolescents with mild intellectual disability. Theoretical part focuses on sexuality of adolescents and who are adolescents with mild intellectual disability, and also the topics that involve their sexuality, such as sexual behavior, sexual information, social status, sexual disorders and integration in education. Empirical part describes the research and the results of it. Research instrument is a questionnaire, which was answered by pupils of eighth and ninth grade (aged from 13 to 16) of special adjusted classes on four special schools in Gorenjska region. Questionnaire had questions divided in three parts: information pupils have about sexuality, personal perspective on sexuality and sexual experience. Answers on each one of three parts answer on one of three research questions. We found out, that pupils with mild intellectual disability have correct information about contraception and sexual abuse, but do not know much about human anatomy (about their bodies) and sexual transmitted diseases. For pupils, sexuality in similar procentage has both, social (social influence) and individual (their own beliefs and wishes) meaning. According to answers, adolescents with mild intellectual disability have minor sexual experience than adolescents with average inteligence.
