Abstract

Skoraj vse stavbe starejšega datuma, med katerimi najdemo velik del objektov v javni lasti, so zidane kot opečne ali kamnite. Pred morebitnim pristopom k njihovi sanaciji je potrebno za vsak posamezen primer določiti najboljši način njihove sanacije. V začetnem delu diplomske naloge smo predstavili stanje obravnavanega objekta in opisali izbrani variantni rešitvi. V nadaljevanju smo izdelali popis gradbenih del za celovito sanacijo objekta in ocenili stroške novogradnje. Obravnavani variantni rešitvi smo primerjali iz finančnega in kakovostnega vidika, ki upošteva potresno varnost, energetsko učinkovitost in trajnost.

Secondary title: Multi-criteria variant solution in Kulturni dom Hrušica building reconstruction
Secondary abstract: Many of the older public buildings are built of either brick or stone. Before beginning potential remedial works on these buildings it is necessary to determine the most appropriate way to address them taking into account technical as well as and financial perspective. In the initial part of the thesis the condition of the considered building and the selected variant solutions are presented. In the second part, the inventory of the construction works for reconstruction of considered building is created and cost of constructing new building is estimated. At the end both solutions are compared from technical and financial perspective.
