Abstract

Študijsko območje v okolici Trzina smo izbrali predvsem zaradi zanimivosti z vidika zemljiškega katastra, saj so bili na tem območju v preteklosti opravljeni postopki nove izmere in melioracij.

Secondary title: Application of unmanned aerial vehicle to mass determination of land plots' boundaries
Secondary abstract: The use of unmanned aerial vehicles for civil and commercial purposes has been rising in recent years. Similarly, a number of new applications became possible in the area of geodesy, particularly in photogrammetry and remote sensing. The purpose of the thesis is to determine whether photogrammetric recording with an unmanned aerial vehicle could be used in mass boundary settlements in the frame of cadastral procedures. The study area around Trzin was selected because of its land cadastre; a new survey and land reclamation were conducted in this area. We collected the detail points manually from a point cloud using the AutoCAD software. Furthermore, we compared the data with the classic method of terrain survey. The final evaluation of data collection accuracy with the unmanned aerial vehicle was calculated on the basis of the discrepancies between the coordinates of detail points and expressed with the RMSE. Moreover, the thesis proposes a new process of using unmanned aerial vehicles for mass boundary settlement. It outlines the main findings and establishes the advantages and disadvantages of using unmanned aerial vehicles for mass boundary settlement.
