Abstract

V diplomski nalogi obravnavamo način določitve transformacijskih parametrov 3D-podobnostne transformacije med starim in novim državnim koordinatnim sistemom. Transformacijske parametre določamo za območje Bohinjske Bele. Na začetku naloge smo podali teoretično razlago o koordinatnih sistemih, opis posameznih koordinatnih sistemov (D48/GK, D96/TM in ETRS89) ter opis postopka transformacije med njimi. Ker je velik del izračunov potekal s pomočjo spletne aplikacije SiTraNet, sledi opis le te. V naslednjem delu smo opisali praktični del naloge. Najprej smo okvirno predstavili območje, sledi opis meritev s statično metodo GNSS in postopek, kako priti do končnih koordinat. Ko so zbrani vsi podatki, je mogoče opraviti izračun transformacijskih parametrov. Opravili smo primerjavo rezultatov transformacij s parametri, ki smo jih izračunali sami in tistimi, ki so podani v okviru spletne aplikacije SiTraNet. V zadnjem delu smo opisali postopek izdelave geodetskega načrta na območju dela vojašnice na Bohinjski Beli, ki je glavni razlog za izdelavo te diplomske naloge. Sledi še zaključek, v katerem smo predstavili ugotovitve in zaključke dela na nalogi.

Secondary title: Analysis of transformation models between the old and new national coordinate system for the creation of a survey plan
Secondary abstract: In the graduation thesis we will determine the relation between the new and old national coordinate system in Slovenia for the elaboration of the detailed survey plan. The survey plan has to be elaborated in the old national reference system but the measurement method used for the coordinate determination enables coordinates in the new one. For the establishment of the relation between the old and new national coordinate system we will deal with 3D-similarity transformations. In the beginning the brief theoretical presentation of individual coordinate systems (D48/GK, D96/TM and ETRS89) used in Slovenia is given, which is followed with the descriptions of basic relations between them. Following is the description of the internet application SiTraNet which is used in most of the calculations. The practical part is described next. Firstly we in short present the area under consideration and after we describe the methods of measurements for the coordinate determination. We will compare the transformation results with the parameters we calculated and the parameters that were found on SiTraNet application. The last part describes the practical procedure of the survey plan elaboration. The conclusion includes our findings at the end.
