Abstract

S starostjo se vsem gradbenim objektom, med njimi tudi mostovom, stanje slabša. Zato lahko ti postanejo zelo nestabilni in s tem nevarni. Potrebne so redne kontrole in izdelave strokovnih mnenj glede stanja mostov in glede njihove sposobnosti prenašanja obremenitev za katere so bili projektirani. Tako bo pri vsakem mostu prišel čas, ko bo potrebno sprejeti odločitev, ali je most še uporaben v enaki meri, ali je potrebno izboljšati njegovo nosilnost ali ga je potrebno odstraniti. Pri tem se je treba odločiti o ukrepih glede na razpoložljiva finančna sredstva, ki so vedno omejena. Če želimo doseči najbolj ustrezno obnovo, ki bo obenem tudi stroškovno učinkovita, moramo pri načrtovanju obnove in njenih ukrepih, uporabljati racionalne pristope in metode. Diplomsko delo predstavlja odločitveno orodje za izbiro optimalnega niza ukrepov iz celotnega nabora možnih ukrepov obnove, s poudarkom na finančni učinkovitosti in drugih kriterijih. V nadaljevanju je opisano za katere od dveh mogočih rešitev se bomo odločili: za sanacijo ali nadomestno gradnjo.

Secondary title: Multi-criteria comparison of possible solutions for the rehabilitation of bridges
Secondary abstract: The majority of the known and popular bridges in Slovenija are very old, some of them were buit 2-3 centures ago (Zmajski most – 1901, the middle bridge of the 3 bridges Tromostovlje – 1842). Almous all of these historic famous bridges are built out of stone and appart from having their basic purpose, they also have historic and cultural value, so because of that they are renovated very often. Bridge-building in Slovenia expanded and became more frequent when the country began with the building of highways (first highway was on relation Vrhnika – Postojna , oppened in 1972) and from that point, began the building of lots of bridge-like objects (viaducts, underpasses, overpasses etc.). If we look at the material, most of those bridges and viaducts are reinforced concrete bridges. Given that these structures are exposed to a lot of external influences all the time, a lot of damadges appear, which is a reason for them to be mantained reggulary. Also, it has to be decided for the means of maintainance, with the always limited financial resources taken into account. If we want to achieve the most effective reconstruction that will also be the most financialy accetable, we have to use the most rational approaches and methods in the reconstruction plans. My bachelor diploma seminar paper is basically, the deciding tool of choosing the optimal set of meassures taken for the rehabilitation of one existing bridge, from the whole set of possible actions for rehabilitation.
