Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je obravnavana hidravlična analiza izbranega odseka na potoku Vrtojbica v občini Šempeter-Vrtojba. V analizi so bile obravnavane mehanske obremenitve glavnega kanala in bregov v primeru velikih pretokov. V programskem okolju ESRI ArcGIS so bili obdelani in pripravljeni podatki o topografiji obravnavanega območja. S pomočjo programskega dodatka HEC-GeoRAS so bili pripravljeni podatki batimetrije in obvodnega prostora za hidravlični model, s katerim je bila v programu HEC-RAS opravljena hidravlična analiza za dva različna poplavna vala in srednji pretok. Na podlagi rezultatov za stoletni poplavni val so bili identificirani in analizirani odseki, kjer strižne napetosti močno presegajo strižno odpornost. Za posamezne odseke so posebej za strugo in brežine predlagani prečni in vzdolžni sonaravni ukrepi za ureditev in izboljšanje stanja v vodotoku. Podani so tudi predlogi vzdrževanja struge potoka in poplavnih ravnic. Poudarek diplomske naloge je prikazati uporabnost sonaravnih ukrepov pri celostnem projektiranju ureditve območja vodotoka z
upoštevanjem tako hidravličnih kot ekoloških zahtev.

The thesis discusses the hydraulic analysis of the chosen section of the Vrtojbica river in the municipality of Šempeter-Vrtojba. Through analysis, the mechanical loads of the river's main channel and of the banks in the case of a great flow are presented. The data about the topography of the given area was prepared and processed using the ESRI ArcGIS software. With the help of the software extension HEC-GeoRAS, the data about bathymetry and the waterside area for the hydraulic tool HEC-RAS was prepared, with the help of which the hydraulic analysis of different flood waves and the medium flow was made. The sections of the given area where the shear stress surpassed the shear resistance were located and analyzed on the basis of the results of the 100 year flood wave. For these areas for the main channel and banks the sustainable measures for watercourse regulation are proposed. Advices for maintenance of channel and flood plans were given. The aim of the thesis is to show the usability of sustainable measures in the case of integral planning of the regulation of areas, incorporating the hydraulic, as well as the ecological demands. |
