Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je obravnavan praktičen primer zakoličbe stanovanjske hiše. Najprej so predstavljena geodetska dela, ki se izvajajo pred izgradnjo objekta. Pred pričetkom del je bila opravljena kontrola obstoječe geodetske mreže po ISO 4463-1. Zakoličba, ki predstavlja postopek prenosa projektiranega objekta v naravo, je bila izvedena s polarno metodo. Poleg opisa izvedene zakoličbe je predstavljen tudi postopek prenosa ter zavarovanji zakoličeni osi in karakterističnih točk objekta na gradbenem profilu. Izvedene so bile kontrolne meritve dimenzij zakoličenega objekta in odmiki od parcelnih meja. Po opravljeni zakoličbi je bil v skladu z Zakonom o graditvi objektov izdelan zakoličbeni zapisnik.

Secondary abstract:	In my seminar work I focused on a practical example of residential house stake-out. First, I presented all the geodetic work that takes place before the construction starts. Prior to start of work ISO 4463-1 control of geodetic network was completed. The stake-out which presents the transfer of designed object in nature was performed using polar method. Description of stake –out is presented in the work as well as procedure of the transfer, protection of stake-out axis and characteristical object points on the building profile. Control measurements of the object's stake-out dimensions were implemented as well as deviation from parcel's borders. Stake out notes were written after the stake-out finalization according to Law on Construction (Zakon o graditvi objektov).
