Abstract

V diplomski nalogi se ukvarjamo s problemom toplotnih mostov na poslovno trgovskem objektu Plan invest ter njihovim vplivom na porabo energije za ogrevanje. Toplotni mostovi ne povzročajo samo toplotne izgube ampak imajo lahko vpliv tudi na zdravje človeka, saj na mestih, kjer so prisotni lahko pride do pojava plesni. V uvodu je za lažje razumevanje napisane nekaj teoretične osnove o mehanizmih prenosa toplote ter o tipih toplotnih mostov. V nadaljevanju evidentiramo vse toplotne mostove na stavbi ter s pomočjo računalniških programov TEDI in TOST izračunamo energetsko bilanco stavbe. Analiziramo tri primere, v prvem primeru toplotnih mostov ne upoštevamo, v drugem jih upoštevamo skladno s standardoma SIST EN ISO 13789 in SIST EN ISO 14683, v tretjem pa na poenostavljen način. Nato analiziramo, v kolikšni meri toplotni mostovi vplivajo na porabo energije za ogrevanje. Na koncu izvedemo še ukrepe za izboljšanje stanja tako, da stavba izpolnjuje predpisane zahteve po Pravilniku o učinkoviti rabi energije (PURES 2010) ter Tehnični smernici za graditev TSG-1-004:2010 (TSG4).

Secondary abstract: In the graduation thesis we deal with the problem of thermal bridges in the business commercial facility Plan invest and their impact on heating energy consumption. Thermal bridges don’t cause only heat loss but may have an impact on human health because on the places where they are present may grow mold. In the introduction is written some theoretical base of heat transfer mechanisms and the types of thermal bridges. In the following we register all thermal bridges in the building and with the help of computer programs TEDI and TOST we calculate the energy balance of the building. We analyze three cases, in the first case we don't consider the thermal bridges, in the second by considering thermal bridges in accordance with standards SIST EN ISO 13789 and SIST EN ISO 14683 and in a simplified way in the third. Then we analyze the impact of thermal bridges on heating energy consumption. At the end we perform the steps to improve the situation so that the building complies the requirements laid down by the energy efficiency regulation (PURES 2010) and the technical guideline for building TSG-1-004:2010 (TSG4).
