Abstract

Tehnična dokumentacija naloge je v obsegu projekta za pridobitev gradbenega dovoljenja. S pomočjo programa Scia Engineer 14 je narejen statični izračun pet etažne jeklene industrijske stavbe v skladu s standardi Evrokod. Zasnova nosilnega sistema so okvirji z ekscentričnimi povezji, ki potekajo v prečni in vzdolžni smeri. Za medetažno konstrukcijo je izbran branasti sistem sovprežnih sekundarnih nosilcev, ki podpirajo AB ploščo. Določene so stalne obtežbe, spremenljive in seizmične, ki jih upoštevamo pri projektiranju. Nosilni sistem je izračunan z nelinearno globalno analizo z upoštevanjem TDR in geometrijskih nepopolnosti vertikalnih konstrukcijskih elementov. Poleg statične globalne analize je izračunana tudi analiza potresnih vplivov, ki je izvedena z metodo vodoravnih sil. Jeklena konstrukcija je projektirana po pravilih načrtovanja nosilnosti z visoko stopnjo duktilnosti (DCH). Na koncu projektne naloge so dimenzionirani tipični spoji in požarna analiza z metodo kritične temperature za zahtevano požarno odpornost R 60.

Secondary title: Design of five storey industrial building
Secondary abstract: The technical documentation for this task has been formed to the extent of the project to acquire a building permit. A static calculation has been made for steel, five stories industrial building by the Scia Engineer 14 computer programme, in compliance with the Eurocode standards. The structural system is formed by the frames with eccentric bracing that are placed transversely and longitudinal. The floor structure is presented by the concrete plate that is supported by the two way beam system, where the composite action of the concrete plate and the beams is considered. Permanent, variable and seizmic loadings have been determined, considering the Eurocode standards. The carrying system has been designed with the nonlinear global analysis, considering geometrical nonlinearity and the geometrical imperfections of the frames. The seismic analysis has been performed by the lateral force method. The steel structure has been designed in accordance with the rules for the capacity design considering high level of ductility (DCH). At the end of the project, the typical joints have been designed and fire analysis with the demanded critical temperature fire resistance R 60 have been performed.
