Abstract

Spreminjanje vodotokov je zelo hitro in jim je težko slediti. Zaradi vse številčnejšega pojava intenzivnih padavin v povezavi s klimatskimi spremembami smo priča vse številčnejšemu pojavljanju poplav oziroma naravnih katastrof. V prvem delu naloge je opisano porečje reke Mure. Sledi predstavitev stanja vodnega in obvodnega prostora. Prvi del diplomske naloge se zaključi s podlagami oziroma osnovami za urejanje vodotokov in predstavitvijo posameznih ureditvenih ukrepov, uporabljenih na obravnavanih ureditvenih območjih. V drugem delu diplome se posvetimo analiziranju in urejanju poplavno ogroženih mest na porečju reke Mure, ki so bila izdelana s karto območij pomembnega vpliva poplav v Republiki Sloveniji. Potrebno je bilo analizirati pojav visokih voda in prevajanja količine vode obstoječih strug na podlagi površine prečnih profilov za obravnavana poplavno ogrožena območja porečja reke Mure. Tako smo na podlagi pridobljenih podatkov in izračunov za posamezna območja določili najprimernejšo vodnogospodarsko ureditev vodotoka.

Secondary title: Water Management Regulations of Watercourses with the Emphasis on the Mura River Basin
Secondary abstract: The changing in watercourses are very fast and it is very difficult to follow them. Because of the huge amount of precipitation with the connection to the climate changes we are the witnesses of a huge amount of floods or natural disasters. In the first part of the diploma work there is a description of the Mura river basin. The intoduction of conditions of water and waterside area is followed. The first part of the diploma work is concluded with the basis for watercourses regulations and the introduction of the individual regulatory work on the regulatory areas. In the second part of the diploma work the focus is on the analyses and the regulations of flood endangered regions of the Mura river basin which were refined with the chart of flood regions in Republic Slovenia. The analysis of the tidemark was necessary and the current of quantity of water in existing river beds on the basis of surface of transverse profiles of rivers for endangered flood regions of the Mura river basin. After data analysis and calculations for individual areas the most appropriate water management regulation of a watercourse was determined.
