Abstract

Analiza akustike prostora je pomembna za kvaliteten zajem zvoka. Za namen razumevanja tematike, definiramo kaj je zvok, predstavimo zvok kot valovanje in opišemo naslednje akustične pojave: refleksija, interferenca, modalne resonance, utripajoč odmev, difrakcija, refrakcija, absorbcija, difuzija in odmevni čas. Nato razložimo, kako se načrtujejo nevtralne sobe in pokažemo vpliv dimenzij studijskih sob na prisotnost modalnih resonanc. Obrazložimo tudi pomen akustične izolacije, primerne postavitve in akustične obdelave notranjih sten. Na podlagi predstavljene teorije in primerov dobrih praks, načrtujemo in oblikujemo sobo, kjer izvedemo akustične meritve pred in po obdelavi prostora. V zaključku z analizo merjenih rezultatov potrdimo primernost uporabljene metode za obdelavo prostora, za zajem zvoka.

Secondary title: ANALYSIS OF ROOM ACOUSTICS FOR AUDIO RECORDING
Secondary abstract: An analysis of room acoustics is important when producing high-quality audio recordings. For the purpose of understanding the topic, we define what is sound and describe the following acoustic phenomena: reflection, interference, modal resonance, flutter echo, diffraction, refraction, absorption, diffusion and reverberation time. We explain how to plan a neutral room, and show the impact of studio-room dimensions on the presence of modal resonances. We show the importance of acoustic insulation, the layout, and the acoustic treatment of interior walls. Based on the presented theory and examples of good practice, we planned and designed a studio live room, and performed acoustic measurements. In our conclusion, we confirm the appropriateness of the methods used, for treating the room, for audio recording.
