Abstract
Pri valjanju aluminijskega traku (folije) se zaradi vibracij, ki nastanejo pri valjanju, začnejo pojavljati napake na izdelku in poškodbe strojnih delov (ležajev, zobnikov, osi- ).
Da bi ugotovili, če so vibracije, ki nastanejo pri valjanju v mejah dopustnih vrednosti, ki jih predpisuje smernica VDI 2056 in čim prej ugotovili poškodbe strojnih delov ter napake na izdelku, smo namestili senzorje za merjenje vibracij. Po namestitvi senzorjev in vse pripadajoče opreme, smo izvedli meritve vibracij na najbolj obremenjenih delih pri valjanju.
Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti, kako pravočasno ugotoviti napake pri valjanju folije, obrabljenost in poškodbe strojnih delov z merjenjem vibracij. S tem bomo tudi zmanjšali stroške vzdrževanja in proizvodnje, saj bodo zastoji manjši.

Analysis of rolling process capability based on vibration measurement |

While rolling the aluminum band (foil), the rolling process produces vibrations, which lead to certain faults in the final product and in the used machine (faults in the bearings, sprockets, axles-).
We installed measuring instruments/sensors to uncover, whether these vibrations are in the normal certified range of the VDI 2056 directive, and to detect defects in the final product and in the machinery at the most earliest convenience. After applying the measuring sensors and all the associated gear, we started the vibration measurement of the most stressed machine parts for rolling.
The purpose of this thesis is to present, how to detect mistakes in foil rolling, wear and defects of machine parts at the earliest point with vibration measurement. With these instructions, we could hold costs of maintenance and production at their lowest, because there would be no delays. |
