Abstract

Uprava družbe LEK d.d. je zaradi odločitve, da program farmacevtskih izdelkov in učinkovin razvija kot osnovno in temeljno dejavnost, ob soglasju Nadzornega sveta družbe, sprejela sklep o preoblikovanju nekaterih enot. Kot povezana družba farmacevtske delniške družbe LEK je bila ustanovljena in registrirana nova družba: LEK KOZMETIKA, d.o.o., s sedežem v Ljubljani. Njena poglavitna dejavnost je izdelava in trženje kozmetičnih izdelkov. V novi družbi je bilo potrebno celoten poslovno-proizvod
