Abstract

Slovenski nepremičninski trg je v zadnjem desetletju doživel opazen razvoj. Posodobila se je zakonodaja in predpisi, ki uravnavajo trg nepremičnin, prav tako pa so se spremenili postopki za prenos lastništva, ki zagotavljajo enostavnost, preglednost in pravno varnost nepremičninskih transakcij. Vse večjemu številu nepremičninskih transakcij pa je morala slediti tudi ocenjevalna stroka, ki je razvila različne metode ocenjevanja vrednosti, temelječe na tržnih principih. Secondary abstract: The Slovenian real-estate market has seen a noticeable development in the past ten years. The legislation and regulations which regulate the real-estate market have been modernized, also, the procedures for transfer of ownership have been changed and simplified and guarantee the transparency and legal protection of real-estate transactions. The land valuation profession also had to follow the demands of increasing number of real-estate and developed various methods of valuation based on market principles.
