Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je izvesti računsko analizo in zasnovo jeklene hale iz hladnovaljanih profilov, prikazati porabo jekla ter ceno izdelave in dobave jeklenih elementov na enoto tlorisne površine. Posebnost jeklene hale je v tem, da so vsi stiki vijačeni in vsi profili prefabricirani ter pripravljeni za montažo. Izbrana jeklena hala ima tlorisne dimenzije 70 x 45m. Glavni okvir sestavljajo štirije sestavljeni stebri in palični strešni nosilec. Z izborom in dimenzioniranjem smo želeli doseči čim večjo izkoriščenost izbranih elementov. Statična analiza jeklene hale je izvedena po pravilih EUROCODE.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of my diploma paper is to conduct a calculation analysis and dimensioning of a steel hall and present consumption as well as composition price per unit of surface. The specificity of this particular steel hall is, that all the elements are bolted together and all the profiles are prefabricated and ready for assembly. The ground plan dimensions of the hall in question are 70 x 45m. The main frame of the hall consists of four assembled columns and roof beam. With the selection and dimensioning we tried to achive ultimate usage of chosen elements. Static analysis and dimensioning of steel hall is performed according to European regulations EUROCODE.
