Abstract
Diplomsko delo predstavlja proces zaposlovanja kadrov v Zavarovalnici Triglav d.d., Območna enota Ljubljana. Predstaviti želimo, kako se podjetje zaveda pomena človeškega vira in kako se je podjetje sposobno prilagajati novim razmeram na trgu delovne sile.
Namen raziskave je analiza procesa zaposlovanja kadrov. Ugotoviti želimo, kako poteka proces zaposlovanja od trenutka, ko se sprosti delovno mesto, oziroma, ko se ugotovi potreba po novem delavcu. V Zavarovalnici Triglav se zavedajo, da je potrebno hitro reagirati in zapolniti prosto delovno mesto z najprimernejšim delavcem.
Kadrovska služba v Zavarovalnici Triglav je pri tem uspešna. Če bi skrajšali čas od dneva, ko se ugotovi prosto delovno mesto do njegove zapolnitve, bi bili še bolj uspešni. Anketni list bi bilo potrebno posodobiti, saj jim le-ta ni v veliko pomoč. Anketni list naj bi bil sestavljen tako, da izvemo čimveč podatkov o kandidatu.

Diploma thesis presents the manpower employment process in the Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., Branch office Ljubljana. We wish to show how the company is aware of the importance of human resources and how it is able to adapt to new labour market conditions.
The purpose of the research is to analyse the manpower employment process. We wish to find out how the employment process proceeds from the moment a position opens or a need for a new employee appears. In Zavarovalnica Triglav they are aware that quick response is of vital importance and that each empty position shall be filled by the most appropriate employee.
The Personnel Department in Zavarovalnica Triglav is successful in the realisation of this task. However, if the time from the moment a position opens up to the moment it is filled by an employee was shortened, their success rate would be even better. The questionnaire should be updated, as it does not help them much. The questionnaire should be drawn up in such way to find out about the candidate as much as possible.
