Abstract

Današnji čas hitrih tehnološko-informacijskih sprememb in svetovne globalizacije terja od sodobnega človeka, da večino svojega časa preživi na delovnem mestu, v delovni organizaciji. Današnje organizacije svojo uspešnost vrednotijo ne samo skozi dosežene cilje, ampak tudi skozi uspešne medosebne odnose, kvalitetno komunikacijo in močno interakcijo med vodilnimi in zaposlenimi. V teoretičnem delu smo se seznanili s pojmi: organizacija, javna uprava, medosebni odnosi, komunikacija, konflikti, klima. Predstavili smo tudi načine reševanja konfliktov in posledice nerešenih konfliktov ter načine merjenja in spremljanja klime v organizaciji. V metodološkem delu smo predstavili rezultate merjenja klime na Zavodu RS za šolstvo. Analizirali smo dobljene rezultate in podali predloge za izboljšanje tistih področij, ki so bila slabše ocenjena. Na splošno so rezultati pokazali, da je organizacijska klima na Zavodu RS za šolstvo dobra, vendar je potrebno zgraditi močnejšo interakcijo med zaposlenimi in vodilnim kadrom, izboljšati informiranje in posodobiti način vodenja ustanove.

Secondary abstract: The contemporary life with all the fast changes in technology and informatics, as well as the globalization, require people to spend most of their time at their workplace, in a company. Contemporary organizations do not evaluate their success only through the goals achieved, but also through successful interpersonal relations, good communication, strong interaction between the management and the employees. The theoretical part dealt with the notions of organization, public administration, interpersonal relations, communication, conflicts, and climate. We also presented several ways of solving conflicts and consequences of unsolved conflicts, as well as methods of measuring and monitoring the climate in an organization that is a part of public sector. In the methodological part we presented the results of measuring the climate at the National Education Institute of Republic of Slovenia. We analysed the results and suggested some proposals in the fields that were evaluated as not sufficient. In general, the results proved that the organizational climate at the National Education Institute is good; however, an even stronger interaction between the management and the employees has to be established, as well as the communication improved and the management of the institution updated.
