diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
Pomembnosti kvalitete pri zaposlovanju kadrov se dobro zavedajo vsa uspešna podjetja - in so v ta namen pripravljena investirati mnogo denarja in časa, saj vedo, kaj bo izbira dobrega kadra pomenila za celotno organizacijo.
v prvem delu je predstavljeno majhno gradbeno podjetje, ki se ukvarja z arhitekturnim gradbenim projektiranjem in s tem povezanim tehničnim svetovanjem, v drugem delu potek zaposlovanja v tem podjetju, pri čemer smo njegovo prakso primerjali s prevladujočimi modeli na tem področju ter iskali možne izboljšave.
Glede na dejstvo, da je med temeljnimi orodji za kvalitetno izvedbo kadrovske funkcije v podjetju dobro izdelana sistemizacija delovnih mest, smo posebno pozornost posvetili ustreznemu pravilniku. Pripravili smo predlog novega pravilnika, ki naj bi pomenil pomemben napredek v primerjavi s pravilnikom, ki ga je podjetje sprejelo v letu 2002.

Every successful company is aware of the importance of Human Resource Management process for their company and many companies are prepared to invest a lot of money and time in this process, because they know what a good employee means for their organization.
In first part of the research work a small construction company for architectural and constructional design with technical consulting in introduced, in the second part of the research work, we explained a process of Human resource management and also compared in to other leading models in this field and we searched for certain improvements.
Regarding the fact, that a good systemization of working positions is one of the basic tools for a good and effective Human resource management process, a special attention was given to a suitable regulation document. We prepared a suggestion for a new regulation document, which should mean a big progress in comparison to the old document that the company prepared and initiated in 2002. |
