Abstract

V tej diplomski nalogi je prikazana izdelava projekta organizacije gradbišča PSO Centrum I. faza v Mariboru, katerega vsebina zajema: predhodno proučevanje pogojev, dimenzioniranje gradbiščnih kapacitet, tehnično poročilo, izris sheme ureditve gradbišča s prilogami, predračun pripravljalnih del, terminski plan izvedbe pripravljalnih in zaključnih del ter varnostne ukrepe. Izdelan je še terminski plan gradnje objekta v mrežni tehniki planiranja in stroškovna analiza.

Secondary abstract:	This diploma thesis presents the project of the construction – site organization for the first phase of the business building Centrum in Maribor. This project includes preliminary inquiry of construction conditions, a dimensioning of temporary construction – site capacities, a technical report, a scheme of the construction – site organization with supplements, a list of measurements with estimated costs of preliminary works and safety provisions. The time plan of building construction in network planning technique and cost analysis are also presented at the end of the diploma thesis.
