Stanovanjsko okolje in kvaliteta bivanja

Abstract

V diplomskem delu bomo prikazali kvaliteto bivanja v obstoječih večstanovanjskih stavbah v Sloveniji, s poudarkom na specifiki razmer v Mestni občini Maribor. Najprej bomo predstavili vlogo kvalitete bivanja v evropskih direktivah in smernicah, kakor tudi v slovenski zakonodaji. V nadaljevanju bomo z ovrednotenjem kazalcev kvalitete bivanja, zbranim po statističnih podatkih, prikazali stanje kvalitete bivanja stanovanjskega okolja v Sloveniji v primerjavi z drugimi evropskimi državami, pri čemer bomo izpostavili glavne dejavnike, ki vplivajo na kvaliteto stanovanjskega okolja. Na osnovi teh analiz bomo opredelili kvaliteto bivanja v ožjem in širšem pomenu stanovanja, stavbe in območja (soseske) s pomočjo kazalcev po metodologiji projekta EC COST TU0701. Kot študijo primera bomo na osnovi obstoječih statističnih podatkov obravnavali kvaliteto bivanja v Mestni občini Maribor, v okviru katere bomo na osnovi izbranih kazalcev predstavili rezultate analize študije stanovanjskega okolja obstoječe večstanovanjske zazidave v Ulici Veljka Vlahoviča.

Secondary abstract:	In diploma work, we shall present the living quality of the existing multi-family housing in Slovenia, with emphasis on the specifics of the circumstances in the City Municipality of Maribor. First, we will present the role of the living quality in the European directives and guidelines as well as in the Slovenian legislation. With quality indicators selected from housing statistics, we will further on, compare the state of the living quality of housing in Slovenia with other European countries. We'll also display the main factors that affect the quality of housing. Based on these analyses we will define the living quality in the narrow and broad sense, such as dwelling, buildings and area (neighborhood) presented by indicators of the methodology of the project EC COST TU0701. As a case study, we will display the living quality in the City Municipality of Maribor up to the existing statistical data. On the basis of selected indicators we will present the results of the analyses of housing environment of residential multi-family building in Ulica Veljka Vlahoviča.
