Abstract

Glasba je del otrokovega odraščanja, zato je pomembno, da se otrok že od rojstva naprej srečuje z njo ter razvija svoje ritmične in melodične sposobnosti. V teoretičnem delu so opredeljene razlike med glasbenimi sposobnostmi, nadarjenostjo, talentom in muzikalnostjo. Sledi poglavje glasbenih testov, ki so jih sestavljali in izvajali različni raziskovalci in umetniki. Na koncu smo se omejili na dejavnike, ki so pomembni pri sprejemnem izpitu v glasbeno šolo, in na sestavo sprejemnega izpita. V empiričnem delu smo analizirali podatke sprejemnega izpita, ki je potekal v Glasbeni šoli Zagorje ob Savi. Namen analize podatkov je ugotoviti, na katerem področju so otroci najuspešnejši in katera področja jim povzročajo težave. Raziskava je pokazala, da je večina otrok, ki se je udeležila sprejemnega preizkusa, glasbeno zelo sposobna. Po pogovoru z ravnateljico Glasbene šole Zagorje ob Savi smo skupaj prediskutirali kriterije, ki so pomembni pri sprejemu otroka na izbrani glasbeni instrument. Le-ti so naslednji: fizične dispozicije (dolžina prstov, oblikovanost zobnega loka, velika pljučna kapaciteta), razvitost melodičnega in ritmičnega posluha ter na kakšen način se otrok odzove, ko naredi napako.

Secondary abstract: Music is a part of growing up. Therefore, it is important that a child is in contact with music since birth and thus develops rhythmical and melodic abilities. In the theoretical part the differences between music abilities, gift for music, talent, and musicality are discussed. These are followed by a chapter on music tests, written and performed by various researchers and artists. At the end we focused on the entrance examination at music school, its form and the factors influencing it. Empirical part of the paper analyses entrance examination that took place at Music School Zagorje ob Savi. The purpose of the analysis was to determine the field children are most successful at and the fields that present some problems for the children. The research has shown that most children attending the examination have great music abilities. During the discussion with the principal of the Music School we talked about the criteria that have to be fulfilled in order for a child to be accepted to the music school. We focused on criteria important for a chosen instrument. These criteria are: physical dispositions (the length of fingers, the shape and position of the teeth, the capacity of the lungs), the degree of melodic and rhythmical musical ear and the child's reaction to his/her mistakes.
