Abstract

Vsako podjetje, ki hoče biti v poslovnem svetu uspešno in konkurenčno mora imeti dober informacijski sistem, v okviru tega pa dober računovodski informacijski sistem, s katerim pridobiva pomembne informacije o delovanju, poslovanju in odločanju podjetja. Za uspešno delovanje in pridobitev pravilnih informacij, mora podjetje poskrbeti tudi za notranje kontrole na sistemu, ki preprečujejo napačne informacije in ščitijo informacije pred nepooblaščenimi osebami. V diplomskem seminarju smo spoznali in preučili module računalniške rešitve Sirena v skupini Impol, notranje kontrole v teh modulih in njihovo delovanje. Proučili smo prednosti in slabosti Sirene v modulu glavna knjiga in modulih pomožnih knjig osnovnih sredstev, kupcev in dobaviteljev.

Secondary abstract: Each company that would like to be successful and competitive in the world of business has to have good information system, and in addition to this also good accounting information system. A good accounting information system provides important information about performance, activity, working, business and decision making. In order to achieve successful performance and to get the right information each company has to have internal control of the system, which prevent disinformation and protect information from unauthorized people. In the diploma seminar we got to know and research modules for computer solutions Sirena within Impol Group, internal control in those modules and their performance. We studied the advantages and disadvantages of Sirena in general ledger module, accounts payable module, accounts receivable and plant assets module.
